We, at Visium, truly value your recommendations and will gladly reward you for the effort of referring any candidate to Visium. Referring a candidate couldn’t be simpler. Our website has a convenient, automated form. Simply fill in the few required fields and a document will be sent to our staff which will maintain your eligibility for our referral bonus payment of up to $500* which are made after a referred employee is on board for 60 days.
If it is inconvenient for you to utilize this form for any reason, simply make sure that any referred candidate mentions that you told them about Visium, and one of our recruiters will fill out the automated form on your behalf.
